This factory Smith & Wesson rear sight windage nut is a genuine OEM replacement part designed to adjust the windage (left/right alignment) on adjustable rear sights. This multi-frame part is compatible with K Frame, L Frame, N Frame, and X Frame revolvers in both old and new styles.
