It seems to be working fine with 115 grain and 124 grain 9mm ammo in my M&P9 Performance Center 5". I have not tried any +P, Underwood, or Buffalo Bore ammo yet.

Hard to find parts are readily available here and it's the first place I go to when I lose them. Easy to navigate and the shipping is other-worldly fast.
There's a trick to replacing your rear sight blade on a S&W revolver. The trick is that by the time you see the rear sight plunger, it's too late. I knew just where to go to get the replacement for mine though and you should too. I've got'em bookmarked for the next amateur gunsmithing project I undertake and you should too.
