This is a used rear adjustable sight body only — no blade, elevation screw, windage screw, or stud included. Parts are needed to complete a rebuild. Inspect the photo carefully and verify the 1.95" tang measurement matches your firearm before ordering.

Factory Smith & Wesson blue steel part. This old-style square front adjustable rear sight body is a direct drop-in fit for K-Frame and L-Frame revolvers with 3" barrels or longer.

How to Find Your Model Number

Swing out the cylinder and check behind the yoke on the frame. Model numbers were introduced in 1957–58. If no model number is present, your revolver may pre-date 1957. Contact us with your serial number and we can help identify the correct part.
