Smith & Wesson K Frame Model 15-3 Barrel Pin Blue Steel .38 Special — Used OEM Part 151
Smith & Wesson K Frame Model 15-3 Barrel Pin Blue Steel .38 Special — Used OEM Part
Genuine Smith & Wesson OEM barrel pin for the K Frame Model 15-3 Combat Masterpiece revolver chambered in .38 Special. The barrel pin is the cross-pin that passes through the frame and barrel threads to lock the barrel in place at the correct timing position after installation. On older S&W revolvers, the barrel is threaded into the frame and then pinned — the pin prevents the barrel from rotating out of timing under recoil. A missing or damaged barrel pin allows the barrel to shift over time, causing timing and accuracy issues. This is the old-style barrel pin in blue steel finish. This used OEM part is inspected and functional, manufactured to original S&W specifications and tolerances.
Condition: Used — inspected and functional.

Finding Your Model Number
Swing out the cylinder and look behind the yoke on the frame. Model numbers were added starting in 1957–58. If your revolver has no model number stamped, it may be a pre-model variant — contact us with your serial number for assistance.
Important Notes
- This listing is for the barrel pin only. All other parts are sold separately.
- Barrel pin installation requires proper barrel timing and fitting. Gunsmith installation strongly recommended.
- Always verify barrel timing and cylinder gap after installation before firing.
