Part #10184B is a “B” suffix variant of the classic K Frame .265" wide service trigger family (see also Part #10184A and Part #10184A1). In S&W’s part numbering convention, a “B” suffix denotes a more substantive engineering revision than a numeric sub-suffix — typically reflecting a revised heat treat specification, dimensional update, or production-era change while retaining the same .265" width and case colored finish.
