Genuine factory new Smith & Wesson OEM rear sight windage nut for K, L, N, and X Frame revolvers equipped with adjustable rear sights. The windage nut is the threaded adjuster that moves the rear sight blade horizontally (left/right) to correct point-of-impact windage errors. A worn, stripped, or missing windage nut causes the rear sight to shift under recoil or prevents repeatable windage adjustment.

This part is compatible with both old-style and new-style S&W adjustable rear sight assemblies across the K, L, N, and X Frame platforms.
