Used factory original Smith & Wesson thumb piece and nut assembly for the K Frame Model 19 (.357 Combat Magnum) revolver, blued finish, old style configuration. The thumb piece (cylinder release latch) and nut allow the cylinder to swing out for loading and unloading — a worn, bent, or broken thumb piece causes the cylinder to fail to release properly or become loose during use. Removed from a functioning revolver and inspected prior to sale.
