Used factory original Smith & Wesson MIM (Metal Injection Molded) cylinder stop and spring for the L Frame Model 386 8-shot revolver chambered in .357 Magnum, new style configuration. The cylinder stop (bolt) locks the cylinder in alignment with the barrel at each chamber position — a worn, chipped, or broken cylinder stop causes the cylinder to fail to lock up properly, resulting in timing issues and potential misalignment. Removed from a functioning revolver and inspected prior to sale.
