This is a used rear adjustable sight body only — no blade, elevation screw, windage screw, or stud included. Parts are needed to complete a rebuild. Inspect the photo carefully and verify the 1.95" tang measurement matches your firearm before ordering.
Factory Smith & Wesson blue steel part. This old-style square front adjustable rear sight body is a direct drop-in fit for K-Frame and L-Frame revolvers with 2 1/2" barrels only.
Compatible Models
K Frame:
- Model 19-3 through 19-6 (1982–1999) – 2 1/2" barrel
- Model 66 through 66-3 (1971–1993) – 2 1/2" barrel
⚠️ S&W produced multiple rear sight body variants over the years. Please measure your revolver’s top-strap sight channel or original sight body to confirm the 1.95" tang length matches your exact firearm before ordering.
💡 Fitment Note: Fits 2 1/2" barrel revolvers only. Not compatible with 4", 6", or longer barrel models.

Installation Note
Disassembly and reassembly required. Installation and fitting by a qualified gunsmith is recommended. Factory replacement parts are manufactured to original S&W specifications and tolerances.
How to Find Your Model Number
Swing out the cylinder and check behind the yoke on the frame. Model numbers were introduced in 1957–58. If no model number is present, your revolver may pre-date 1957. Contact us with your serial number and we can help identify the correct part.
