⚠️ Rimfire-Specific Part: This hammer assembly is designed for rimfire (.22 LR) K-Frame revolvers only. It is NOT compatible with centerfire K-Frame models. Rimfire and centerfire K-Frame hammers are not interchangeable due to different firing pin configurations.

Factory original Smith & Wesson rimfire hammer assembly removed from a used Model K-22 (K-22 Masterpiece) revolver chambered in .22 LR. The K-22 Masterpiece is the pre-model-number designation for the K-Frame rimfire target revolver — the same platform that became the Model 17 after S&W introduced numbered models in 1957–58. This rimfire hammer assembly is compatible with the K-22 Masterpiece and its successors (Model 17 series) that share the same rimfire hammer configuration. Cleaned and inspected.
