The Model 65 is the stainless steel version of the K Frame .357 Magnum line — the heavy-duty workhorse built for law enforcement and duty use. This trigger features a .310" wide smooth face — the wider trigger profile that distributes pull weight across a broader surface area, preferred by shooters who want a more comfortable double-action pull for extended range sessions or duty carry. Finding Your Model Number
Swing out the cylinder and look behind the yoke on the frame. The model number and dash number are stamped together. Model numbers were added starting in 1957–58.
