Smith & Wesson L Frame Hand Assembly MIM Factory New OEM Part 210620000
This listing is for the Smith & Wesson L Frame Hand Assembly, MIM, Stainless Steel (Factory New OEM Part 210620000) only.
Factory new OEM Smith & Wesson L Frame hand assembly (Part 210620000). This internal component attaches to the trigger and rotates the cylinder one chamber per trigger pull — a worn, bent, or damaged hand causes cylinder timing failures, carry-up issues, or failure to rotate. Ideal for resolving timing problems or replacing worn action components on modern S&W L Frame revolvers with MIM trigger lockwork.

Critical Trigger Fitment Note
This hand features an integrated pivot pin directly attached to the base of the hand. It is engineered exclusively for triggers with a receiving hole/socket (standard on MIM triggers, approximately 1997 and later). It will NOT fit older forged triggers (such as factory-original 581, 586-3, or early 686 models with the pivot pin built onto the trigger body) unless the firearm has been converted to a modern MIM trigger assembly.

Smith & Wesson factory hands are intentionally oversized to allow precision fitting. Minor hand-fitting or stoning by a qualified gunsmith may be required to set exact cylinder timing on individual firearms. Contact us with fitment questions.
Installation Note
Gunsmith Recommended: Hand replacement requires side plate removal, action disassembly, and cylinder timing verification. Installation and timing verification by a qualified gunsmith is strongly recommended.
